摘要
随着我国宏观经济进入中高速增长新常态以及网络零售的快速发展,零售行业迎来剧变,出现线上线下融合的趋势。在线上线下融合的新零售模式中,消费者利用线上渠道快速大量搜集商品信息同时利用线下渠道精细全面搜集商品信息,从而提高自己购物效率。零售商应该从增加购物乐趣、为消费者提供详细的商品信息、线上线下无缝融合以及回归零售本质提供物美价廉商品四个方面着手,进行全渠道转型。
With the rapid development of online retail, the retail industry ushered in drastic changes and appeared the online and offline integration trend. Combining the online shopping with the offline one, consumers use online channels to collect commodi- ty information so as to improve their shopping efficiency. Retailers should increase shoppers" shopping fun and provide consumers with detailed product information. By integrating online and offline seamlessly, we can carry out the full channel transformation.
