布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效评价

Evaluation on efficacy of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ambroxol in treatment of elderly patients with a-cute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法将84例老年AECOPD患者分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。结果对照组治疗总有效率为71.43%,明显低于观察组的92.86%(P<0.05);治疗后两组PaO_2,PaCO_2,FEV1,FEV1/FVC指标均明显改善,且观察组上述指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗疗效佳,能明显改善AECOPD老年患者的肺功能、气血指标,值得临床推广使用。

Objectives To explore the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ambroxol in treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with AECOPD were divided into control group and observation group,d2 cases for each group. Control group was treated with routine therapy, on which basis observation group was added with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ambroxol. Results The total response rate was 71.43% in control group, evidently lower than the 92. 86% in observation group （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2 ）, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide （PaCO2）, forced expiratory volume in 1 second（ FEV1 ） and ratio of FEV1 with forced vital capacity（FEV1/FVC） were markedly improved in both groups ,which were improved more significantly in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. None had severe adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Ambroxol has excellent clinical efficacy and can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood-gas analysis indexes of elderly patients with AECOPD, thus deserving to be widely applied in clinic.
