瘢痕性子宫早孕采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗的效果观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of early pregnancy with scar uterus

目的 研究分析瘢痕性子宫早孕采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇临床效果.方法 选取我中心于2015年1月-2016年10月收治的70例瘢痕性子宫早孕患者作为本次研究过程中的研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各为35例患者.实验组与对照组患者终止妊娠前进行禁食禁水2小时,对照组使用米非司酮药物治疗;研究组给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗.结果 经过对应治疗后,实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕性子宫早孕患者能够在很大程度上提高治疗效果,帮助患者恢复,提高患者预后效果以及患者的生活质量,具有临床进一步推广和应用的意义.

Objective To study the clinical effect of uterine scar pregnancy Mifepristone with misoprostol.Methods70 cases of patients with uterine scar pregnancy admitted in our County Maternal and child health family planning service center from Janurary 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group was divided into a total of 35 patients.The experimental group and the control group were treated with fasting and water deprivation for two hours before termination of pregnancy, while the control group was treated with mifepristone.Resultsafter treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe application of mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy patients can obtain significant curative effect, improve the treatment efficiency, help patients, improve the quality of life of patients, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
