舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠配合心理干预在治疗脑梗死的效果

Effect of Shuxuening combined with ozagrel sodium combined with psychological intervention on cerebral infarction

目的 探讨在治疗脑梗死患者过程中舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠的基础上配合心理干预的临床应用效果.方法 随机将浙江省温州市瓯海区人民医院2015年1月-2016年6月收治的120例脑梗死患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅采用静注奥扎格雷钠并配合心理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上配合使用舒血宁.结果 观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 采用舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠并配合心理干预治疗脑梗死,可有效提高患者治疗有效率,改善患者生理及心理状态,并有效降低患者治疗并发症.

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Shuxuening combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with psychological intervention.Methods120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group from January 2015 to June 2016.The control group was treated with intravenous ozagrel sodium and psychological intervention.The observation group was treated with control group based on the use of Shuxuening.ResultsThe clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe combination of Shuxuening combined with ozagrel sodium and psychological intervention in the treatment of cerebral infarction, can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s treatment efficiency, improve the physiological and psychological status of patients, and effectively reduce the treatment of patients with complications.
