石油资源已经成为我国目前较为常用的资源,并且对我国经济建设有着重要作用。在进行海洋石油钻井平台建设的过程中,需要认清其建设的复杂性和风险特性。论文结合EPC总承包的相关内容,对模块钻机建造项目的风险管理进行分析,希望能够为相关工作人员提供参考。

Petroleum resources have become the most common resources in our country, and they play an important role in the economic construction of our country. During the construction of offshore oil drilling platform, it is necessary to recognize the complexity and risk characteristics of its construction. Combining with the relevant contents of EPC general contracting, this paper analyzes the risk management of modular drilling construction project, hoping to provide reference for relevant staffmembers.
