为了保障企业的长效安全生产机制,提高安全管理水平,预防事故的发生,论文在探讨企业生产安全影响因素的基础上,具体阐述了安全意识在安全工作中的作用,并提出了切实可行的提高安全意识的对策,进而增强职工的安全管理意识,实现无事故作业环境,最终促进社会的进步和经济的发展,为创建和谐社会提供保障。

In order to guarantee the long-term safety production mechanism of enterprises, improve the level of safety management, prevent the occurrence of accidents, this paper based on the discussion of the influence factors of enterprise production safety, elaborates the safety awareness of role in safety management, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the safety awareness o fthe feasible, thus enhancing the safety consciousness of management and implementation accident free work environment, promote social progress and economic development, to provide protection for the creation of a harmonious society.
