Discussion on the Ownership and Application of Government Information Resources

时至今日,云计算、大数据、智慧城市、物联网、移动政务的发展日新月异,而上述技术、概念的焦点或者核心是数据,唯有数据才能支撑智慧城市、物联网、移动政务的发展,唯有数据,云计算才有更广阔的应用空间。而数据可分为社会数据和政务数据,论文针对政务数据,进行层层深入,探讨政务数据的权属。明确了权属问题,即可解决信息共享、信息开放的理论问题,从而方便部门进行信息共享、信息开放的相关工作,进而明确其应用方向。

At present, the cloud computing, big data, smart city, networking and mobile government developed rapidly, the focus and core of all the above technologies are data, only data can support the development of smart city, networking and mobile e-government, and the cloud computing will have a broader application space because of the data. The data can be divided into social data and government data, this paper aims at government data, and discusses the ownership ofgovemment data at different levels. After clarifying the ownership, we can solve the theoretical problems of information sharing and information opening, so as to facilitate the department to share information and open information, and then clarify its application direction.
