摘要
21世纪以来,中国的经济、社会取得了飞速发展和巨大进步,我国的EPC工程项目也越来越多,工程的规模也越来越大,一部分企业从国内的积极发展也开始走出国门并取得了较好的成绩,同时,提升EPC工程总承包项目的财务管理就成了一项比较重要的工作。论文就如何加强EPC工程总承包项目的财务管理进行了探讨和分析,希望能够为相关的技术工作者提供一定的帮助和支持。
Since twenty-first century, Chinese economic and social achieved arapid development and obtained great progress, at the same time, the EPC project in China is also increasing, the size of the project is also more and more big, some enterprises from positively domestic development began to go abroad and take a good grades, from this point ,financial management of EPC project becomes a more important work. This article discusses and analyzes how to strengthen the financial management of EPC project, hoping to provide some help and support for related technical workers.
