随着我国进入信息化时代,社会上对档案信息的需求不断增加,并引起了一次革新,所以当前最重要的任务是将档案信息社会化以及对档案信息进行资源共享。将档案信息进行重新整合是进行档案信息资源建设的有效方法,同时也是将档案信息资源进行开发和利用的有效手段。不断挖掘和开发档案信息资源,再将用不同方法开发出的资源以及各种形式的档案资源进行整合,使档案资源的开发和利用水平不断提高。

As China entered the era of information society, the demand of files information is increasing, and caused a revolution, so the most important task is the socialization of archives information, and sharing archives information resource. To re-integrate archives information is an effective way to construct archives information resources, and is also an effective means to develop and utilize archives information resources.
