摘要
企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,因此,企业必须要注重对人才的培养。从年轻干部到梯级式干部队伍的构建,都需要一体化的体制机制为其提供培训考核,其中最重要的是从年轻干部的选拔培养,要注重对其进行规范的培养。为了推进年轻干部的选拔和成长,在其选拔、培训、激励、使用等各个方面都要注重年轻干部的发展,提供良好的用人环境,保证年轻干部使用选拔的规范培养。
The competition among enterprises is the competition oftaients. Therefore, enterprises must pay attention to the cultivation of talents. From young cadres to the formation of stepped cadres, all need an integrated system and mechanism to provide training and assessment, one of the most important is the selection and training of young cadres, of which w- should pay attention to the cultivation of norms.
