This paper introduces a method ofR ＆ D management of independent brand automobile enterprises. Through the implementation of results verification and analysis, it summarizes experience and existing problems ofR ＆ D management. These two items will be input and guide the strategy formulation and management implementation of the next step of R ＆ D management, so that the R ＆ D management system of the enterprise could form an ecosystem of closed loop system.
