摘要 阻尼器支架是关系到核电厂管道设备安全运行的重要支吊架类型,阻尼器的结构复杂,成本很高,随着抗震设计规范的升版,反应谱法有了进一步的优化。论文以某核电厂安全注入系统的管道力学计算为例,介绍通过应用不同的反应谱计算方法,对管道系统进行应力分析,并对阻尼器支架的设置进行优化设计,计算结果表明,通过使用新版RG1.61规范的计算方法,能够取消部分阻尼器支架。 Damper support is an important support hanger type for nuclear power plant pipeline equipment safety operation. The structure of damper is complex, and the cost is very high. With the upgrade of seismic design standard, the response spectrum method has been further optimized. This paper takes the pipeline mechanics calculation of a nuclear power plant safetyinjection system as an example, the stress analysis of the pipeline system is carded out by applying different response spectrum calculation methods, and the optimal design of the damper support is carded out. The calculation results show that: by usingthe new version o fthe RG1.61 standard calculation method, some damper brackets can be cancelled.
