循证护理预防前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的应用效果观察

Application effect of evidence-based nursing on prevention of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate

目的探讨循证护理在预防前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛中的应用效果。方法将本院泌尿外科收治的前列腺电切术的患者86例,采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理预防膀胱痉挛,比较2组术后膀胱痉挛的发生情况以及住院舒适度。结果观察组膀胱痉挛的发生率低于对照组,严重程度轻于对照组,膀胱痉挛的持续时间、消失时间短于对照组,发作时的疼痛评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在生理、心理方面的舒适度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够有效避免护理干预的盲目性,减少前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的发生,提高患者的舒适度,临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing on prevention of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 86 transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was received evidence-based nursing to prevent bladder spasm, and the incidence of bladder spasm and hospitalization comfort were compared.Results The incidence of bladder spasm in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the severity was lighter than that in the control group, the duration, bladder spasm disappeared time were shorter than that in the control group, the onset of pain score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The physiological and psychological comfort in the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively avoid the blindness of nursing intervention, reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate, and improve the patient＆#39;＆#39;s comfort level.
