摘要
以分子量10 000的聚乙二醇(PEG10000)为相变组分,石墨烯纳米片(GNPs)为相变支撑组分,通过自制的超声辅助真空吸附装置进行动态灌注制备了一系列GNPs/PEG10000定形相变储能材料(PCMs);分别利用扫描电子显微镜、广角X-射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对定形PCMs进行了断面形态、结晶结构、结晶性能和耐热性测试,结果发现:GNPs片层间填充着大量的PEG10000,同时GNPs的引入对PEG10000未产生影响;当GNPs的添加量为4%时,PEG10000的结晶温度降低了4.7℃,且结晶度提高了1.9%;随着GNPs的引入,PEG10000的初始分解温度和最大分解速率温度均降低。
Polyethylene glycol (PEGtoooo) for the molecular weight of 10 000 as a phase change matrix, graphene nanoplates (GNPs) as a supporting material, a series of GNPs/PEGloooo shape-stability phase change storage materials (PCMs) were prepared by self-made ultrasound assisted vacuum device. Scanning electron microscope, wide-angle X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetrie were used to study the interface morphology, crystal structure, crystallization properties and thermal stability of GNPs/ PEGloooo shape-stability PCMs, respectively. Results show that: PEG immerses in GNPs, and crystal structure of the PEG^oooo is influenced with an addition of GNPs; when GNPs content is 4%, the freezing temperature of GNPs/PEGloooo and the shape-stability PCMs decreases by 4.7℃, and crystallinity increases by 1.9% ; Mo- reover, the initial decomposition temperature and maximum thermal decomposition temperature of PEGloooo shape-stability PCMs decreases with the increasing of GNPs.
