摘要 为掌握水源热泵项目的实际运行效果,设计了一种以STM32 F401RE为控制核心的能耗监测系统。以STM32 F401RE控制电能表、温度变送器、电磁流量计,定时采集电量、水温度、流量数据,对数据解析、处理、封包,通过以太网传送到远端监控中心数据服务器记录保存。通过对某高校水源热泵系统运行状态实时监测,结果表明系统运行稳定可靠,该系统有助于评估水源热泵系统的节能状况。 An energy consumption monitoring system using STM32 F401RE as the control core is de- signed in order to monitor the energy consumption of water-source heat pump. The system uses STM32 F401RE to control the electric energy meter, the thermo-electric coupler temperature transducer, electromag- netic flow-meter. The system collects the power data, the temperature data, flow-meter data at fixed time in- tervals. After that the data is processed, encapsulated and sent to the data server of the remote monitoring cen- ter by Ethernet, then it is recorded and stored in the data server. The system is proved to be stable and relia- ble by the real-time monitoring of water-source heat pump system in a university. The system is beneficial for assessment energy saving of water-source heat pump project.
