地方本科高校大学生自我管理的有效机制探析——以阜阳师范学院为例

摘要 大学生自我管理工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,加强学生自我管理工作,是切实提高学生素质的不可或缺环节。地方本科高校相对于"211"、"985"高校的生源特点不同,他们的入学分数更低,各方面的适应能力也普遍较差,其自我管理的习惯和能力都亟待提高,本文对地方本科高校的大学生自我管理现状进行分析,并以阜阳师范学院为例,探析大学生自我管理的有效工作机制。 Self - management of college students is an important part of college students' work. Strengmening students' serf -management work is an indispensable part of improving students' quality. Compared with undergraduates from "211" and "985" universities, college undergraduates have different characteristics. Their enrollment scores are lower, the adaptability of all aspects are generally poor, and their serf-management habits and abilities need to be improved. This paper analyzes the current situation of self - management of undergraduates in local colleges and universities, and takes Fuyang Teachers College as an example to analyze the effective working mechanism of college students' serf - management.
