水平井岩屑运移实验教学系统的研制

摘要 为研究不同钻井参数对水平井环空岩屑运移的影响规律,该文设计研制了一种水平井岩屑运移实验教学系统。该系统包括钻井液循环系统、岩屑注入系统、钻杆旋转及偏心系统、实验井筒系统、井筒起升系统、数据采集及分析系统,能够满足对不同钻井液排量、钻杆转速、钻杆偏心度、岩屑生成速度、井斜角、钻井液密度及流变参数的携岩实验研究。实践表明,该实验系统操作简单、运行可靠,为本科实验教学和大学生科技创新及科学研究提供了一个良好的平台。 In order to study the influence of different drilling parameters on the migration of horizontal wells in horizontal wells, this paper designs and develops an experimental teaching system of horizontal well cuttings migration. The system includes drilling fluid circulation system, cuttings injection system, drill pipe rotation and eccentric system, experimental annulus system, annulus hoisting system, data acquisition and analysis system, to meet the different drilling fluid displacement, such as flow rate of drilling fluid, rotational speed of drill pipe, eccentricity of drill pipe, cuttings injection velocity, inclination angle of wellbore, drilling fluid density and the rheological parameters. Practice shows that the experimental system is simple, reliable operation, for undergraduate experimental teaching and scientific and technological innovation and scientific research provides a good platform.
