摘要 为提高遗传学实验教学质量,夯实专业基础知识,该文立足于都市型高等农业院校遗传学实验教学实际,分析总结了教研室在树立正确的实验教学理念、精选实验教学内容和优化实验教学方法方面对遗传学实验教学进行改革的主要措施,为解决有限的实验教学学时与无限的实验教学内容之间的矛盾,提供了实践经验和理论基础。实践证明,以精选基础性、验证性实验内容,增加综合性大实验、增设自主设计实验为主题的遗传学实验教学改革在创新实验教学模式,提高人才培养质量方面取得了显著成绩。 In order to improve the quality of genetics experiment teaching and reinforce the basic knowledge of the specialty, this paper is based on the practice of genetics experiment teaching in urban agricultural colleges and universities, summarized the teaching and research department in establishing the correct experimental teaching idea, selected the experimental teaching content and optimized the experimental teaching methods to reform the teaching of genetics experimental measures to solve the limited experimental teaching hours and infinite experimental teaching content between the contradictions, provides a practical experience and theoretical basis. Practice has proved that the selection of basic , verified experimental content, increased the comprehensive experiment, added independent design experiment as the theme of genetics experimental teaching reform in the innovative experimental teaching mode, which are all improved the quality of personnel training has made remarkable achievements of talent training.
