摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为基料,碱式硫酸镁晶须(MHSH)为增强填料,聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂,制备了晶须/PP复合材料,考查了PP树脂、POE及晶须用量对PP复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当高熔指PP1/低熔指PP2=42/25,均聚PP3用量为质量分数10%,聚乙烯PE用量为质量分数5%,POE用量为质量分数8%,晶须用量为质量分数14%时,制得的PP复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。
Whisker/PP composite was prepared with polypropylene (PP) as basic material, alkali type magnesi- um sulfate whisker (MI-ISH) as reinforcing fiUer, and polyolefin elastomer (POE) as toughening agent. The effects of the amount of PP resins, POE and MHSH whisker on the properties of PP composites were investigated. When the polypropylene with high melting index ( PP1 )/the polypropylene with low melting index ( PP2 ) mass ratio was equal to 42/25, the amount of homo-polypropylene ( PP3 ) was 10wt%, the amount of polyethylene (PE) was 5wt%, the amount of POE was 8wt%, the amount of MHSH whiskerwas 14wt% ,the obtained PP composites had the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
