聚合物捕碳材料的合成及性能研究

摘要 采用自由基聚合,合成了一种新型的固态聚合物CO_2捕获材料,聚三亚乙基四胺丙烯酸盐,并对其捕获CO_2行为进行了研究。结果表明,聚三亚乙基四胺丙烯酸盐能够高容量、快速捕获CO_2。特别地,在低温捕获的CO_2可以在高温有效解捕获,捕获/解捕获过程可以重复进行,聚合物CO_2捕获材料可循环使用。每个捕获/解捕获循环,每克聚三亚乙基四胺丙烯酸盐可以分离0.41g CO_2,是一种高效的固态捕碳材料。 We synthesized a new solid state polymer carbon dioxide capture material by free radical polymeri- zing. The new material is poly triethylenetetramine acrylate (PTETAA). Then we studied on its carbon dioxide cap- ture. The result showed that the carbon dioxide capture properties of PTETAA were high capacity and rapid. Spe- cifically, the carbon dioxide which was caught in low temperature condition could be efficiently desorption in high temperature. The process for capture/desorption could be done repeatedly. The polymer carbon dioxide capture ma- terial could be used circularly. For each capture/desorption circle, per gram of poly triethylenetetramine acrylate (PTETAA) could separate 0. 41g carbon dioxide.
