黑龙江省生鸡肉中沙门菌污染调查和耐药分析 被引量:2

Antimicrobial resistance analysis and investigation on contamination of Salmonella from raw chicken in Heilongjiang province

摘要 目的了解黑龙江省生鸡肉中沙门菌污染状况及抗生素耐药情况。方法根据《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》(GB4789.4-2010),对黑龙江省880份生鸡肉样品进行检验,并采用微量肉汤稀释法(MIC)对10种抗生素进行药物敏感性试验。结果 880份样品中共检出86株沙门菌,检出率为9.77%。86株沙门菌分属于5个血清型,其中以肠炎沙门菌和印第安纳沙门菌的比例最高。抗生素敏感性试验显示,86株沙门菌对萘啶酸和氨苄西林耐药率最高,分别为95.3%和62.8%;32株对3种及以上抗生素耐药,共产生6种耐药谱,其中2种耐药谱优势明显,分别为AMP-TET-NAL-GEN-SXT-CIP(28.1%,9/32)和AMP-TET-NAL(21.9%,7/32)。结论黑龙江省生鸡肉中沙门菌污染及耐药性均较重,应加强卫生管理和抗生素使用上的管理。 Objective To understand contamination and antimicrobial resistance status of salmonella from raw chicken in Heilongjiang province. Methods According to national food safety standard, Food Microbiological Examination : Salmonella ( GB 4789.4-2010) to isolate salmonella from 880 samples collected from raw chicken in Heilongjiang province. The antimicrobial susceptibilities of ten antimicrobial agents were determined by broth microdilution method. Results 86 strains were isolated from 880 samples, positive rate was 9.77%. The detected salmonella included 5 serotypes, mainly salmonella enteritidis and indiana salmonella. The highest drug resistance of the 86 strains were nalidixic acid (95.3 % ) and ampicillin (62. 8% ) ,32 strains were resistant to more than three antibiotics and 6 antimicrobial resistance profiles were identified, the dominant muhidrug resistant profiles were AMP-TET-NAL-GEN-SXT-CIP(28.1% ,9/32) and AMP-TET-NAL(21.9% ,7/ 32). Conclusion The contamination and antimicrobial resistance status of Salmonella from raw chicken in Heilongjiang province are serious and it should strengthen management on antibiotics usage.
