中国疾病预防控制人力资源现状及其研究进展

General status and research progress of human resource in the institutions of disease control and prevention in China

目的了解我国疾病预防控制人力资源现状及其研究进展。方法查阅近年卫生统计年鉴,通过CNKI数据库对国内相关医学文献进行检索分析。结果 2014年全国疾病预防控制中心人员总数相比2010年下降1.57%。45岁及以上年龄段人员所占比例为39.1%,大学本科及以上学历人员所占比例为34.2%;专业技术人员所占比例为81.43%,全国疾病预防控制人力资源研究以横断面描述性研究为主。结论全国疾病预防控制中心工作人员总量不足,职称结构、学历层次呈整体向好趋势,以专业技术人员为主的人才队伍工作经验丰富,但老龄化趋势不可忽视,"重医轻防"现象有待改善;全国疾病预防控制人力资源研究正由宏观向微观发展,未来应注重动态研究和需求预测研究。

Objective To know the present and research progress of human resources of the disease control and prevention institutions at all levels in China. Methods To get the data through almanac and analyze the domestic relevant theses by china knowledge resource integrated database. Results The number of staff in the institutions of disease control and preven- tion at all levels in China decreased 1.57% in 2014 compared with that in 2010.39.1% of the staff were above 45 years old. In 2014,34.2% of the staff had bachelor degree or above. The proportion of health technical personnel was 81. 43% in 2014;research related to human resources of the disease control and prevention institutions in China were mainly cross-sectional study. Conclusion The change of title structure and educational level has a good tendency from 2010 to 2014. The staff members are mainly health technical personnel and have a wealth of experiences, but the shortage of the total staff and the aging trend in the institutions of disease control and prevention at all levels in China can not be ignored. Laying too much stress on cure and neglecting the prevention needs to be improved. The research related to human resources of the disease control and prevention institutions in China is from macro to micro. Future research should focus on dynamic and demand research.
