夷陵区成年人健康知识知晓与相关行为方式调查

Survey on health related knowledge and behaviors among adults in Yiling district

目的了解夷陵区成年人的健康观念与生活方式,为后期健康管理工作的开展提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法在夷陵区共抽取2 598名18岁及以上的居民进行健康知识与行为方式调查。结果夷陵区成年人健康知识知晓率为45.05%,行为方式正确率为50.89%;不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业的健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率不同;健康知识知晓影响健康行为的形成。结论夷陵区成年人健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率较低,需要针对不同人群特征加强健康教育,干预、指导形成健康的行为方式。

Objective To investigate the aduhs＇ attitudes towards health and their personal lifestyle,to provide evidence for further programs design and implementation on health management. Methods A cross-sectional anonymous survey about health knowledge and behaviors was conducted,and a total of 2 598 residents more than 18 years old in Yiling district were recruited by the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. Results The prevalence was 45.05% for health related knowledge awareness, and 50.89% for health related behaviors among participants. There were different with health related knowledge and behaviors different among different gender, age, education, occupation. In addition, health related knowledge had impact on the health related behaviors. Conclusion The health related knowledge and behaviors are not satisfactory among the residents living in Yiling district. It is necessary to strengthen health education based on the different populations, interventions and guide the formation of health behavior.
