社区中老年高血压患者中医药健康管理干预效果评价

Evaluating intervention effect for health management of traditional chinese medicine treatment with elder hypertension patients in community

目的探讨在社区中老年高血压患者中实施中医药健康管理干预的效果。方法选取2014年9月-2015年7月100例高血压患者实施定期随访、健康教育、中医药个性化用药指导等干预手段,比较干预前后患者的血压控制情况、高血压防治知识的知晓情况、自我管理行为情况、服药依从性和生活质量情况等差异变化。结果干预后高血压患者的血压控制情况、高血压防治知识知晓情况、自我行为管理情况、服药依从性和生活质量情况均明显优于干预前,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区中对高血压患者开展中医药健康管理服务具有积极的作用,是一种有效、可行的社区健康管理形式。

Objective To explore the effect of health behavior intervention of traditional chinese medicine treatment to elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 hypertensive patients were chosen from September,2014 to July, 2015 to receive regular follow-up observation, health education and the health behavior intervention of traditional chinese medicine treatment. The patients were investigated with questionnaire before and after intervention about prevention and control knowledge of hypertension, blood pressure control efficacy ,hypertensive medication compliance, the ability of self-management and life quality. Results After intervention, the prevention and control knowledge of hypertension, blood pressure control efficacy, the ability of self-management, hypertensive medication compliance and life quality all raised obviously. There were significant different than before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The health management of traditional chinese medicine treatment plays an important role in prevention and treatment of hypertension, it is a kind of effective and feasible form of community health management.
