精神分裂症超高危人群家庭功能状态与认知水平调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Family Function Status and Cognitive Level of Super High Risk Population with Schizophrenia

目的对精神分裂症超高危人群家庭功能认知水平进行调查,为实施有效的家庭干预措施及促进患者社会功能康复提供参考依据。方法选择2014-05—2016-04间广州市萝岗区红十字会医院收治的30例精神分裂症超高危患者为研究对象,采用FACESⅡ-CV表对患者家庭亲密度和适应性进行调查。根据调查得分情况,将患者分为家庭功能平衡组和不平衡组,采用Pearson分析所有患者家庭功能状态评分与精神分裂症相关知识认知水平之间的相关性。比较两组患者对精神分裂症、家庭功能状态相关知识认知的差异。结果 UHR患者对家庭功能及精神分裂症相关知识的认知水平与患者的亲密度得分(r=0.647)和适应性得分(r=0.712)之间均呈正相关。家庭功能平衡组患者对家庭功能和精神分裂症疾病相关知识的认知水平得分明显高于不平衡组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症超高危人群对家庭功能及精神分裂症相关知识的认知水平低是导致患者家庭功能状态差的重要原因,对患者的病情发展具有重要影响,临床治疗干预中应对患者的家庭功能状态及精神分裂症之间的相关性引起足够重视,利于疾病的治疗。

Objective To investigate the cognitive level of family function in the super high risk group with schizophrenia,and to provide references for the implementation of effective family intervention and the promotion of social function of patients. Methods30 cases with schizophrenia over high-risk patients were selected as study objects in the hospital from May,2014 to April,2016.The family cohesion and adaptability of patients were investigated by FACES II-CV. According to the survey score,the patients were divided into two groups： family balance group and unbalanced group. Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between the score of family function status and the knowledge related to schizophrenia. The cognitive differences between the two groups were compared with those of schizophrenia and family function. Results The cognitive level of family function and schizophrenia related knowledge of UHR patients was positively correlated with patients’ cores of intimacy score（ r = 0. 647） and adaptive score（ r = 0. 712）. The scores of cognitive function of family function group were significantly higher than those of unbalanced group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The low cognitive level of family function and schizophrenia related knowledge of UHR is an important cause of poor family function,and has an important impact on the development of the patients’ condition. The correlation between the family function and schizophrenia in the clinical treatment should be paid enough attention,and helps patients with disease treatment.
