康复护理在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用价值研究

Application Value of Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Hemiplegia After Cerebral Infarction

目的研究并探讨康复护理在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014-01—2016-08间雷州市人民医院共140例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采取单盲数字随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施康复护理,比较两组患者康复效果。结果干预后,相比于对照组,观察组的FMA评分、Barthel指数均明显增高;观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组。结论对脑梗死偏瘫患者实施康复护理可有效提高其康复效果,改善患者肢体运动功能、日常生活能力,还可提高其生活质量。

Objective To study and explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods 140 patients with cerebral infarction from January,2014 to August,2016 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into two groups by taking the single blind numbers method,with 70 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing. Rehabilitation effects were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the FMA score and Barthel index in the observation group were significantly increased; quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect,improve the motor function and daily living ability,and improve the quality of life.
