医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Integrated Nursing Care Mode in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Orthopedic Patients

目的探索医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中应用的价值。方法将河源市中医院于2014-11—2015-10间收治的300例下肢创伤骨折患者设为对照组,采用常规护理模式,将2015-11—2016-10间收治的300例下肢创伤骨折患者设为观察组,采用医护一体化护理模式,统计分析两组患者的术后康复效果。结果观察组患者的肺部感染、下肢深静脉血栓、切口感染、泌尿系统感染、骨折延迟愈合并发症发生率均低于对照组,且观察组患者的住院时间更短,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式用于骨科患者术后快速康复中有助于预防并发症的发生,促进患者术后的早日康复,值得在临床上得以推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of application of the integration of medical care mode in the orthopedic patients’ rapid recovery. Methods 300 patients with lower limb trauma treated in the hospital from November,2014 to October,2015 were set as control group,and 300 cases of lower limb fracture admitted to the hospital from November,2015 to October,2016 were set as the observation group. And the integrated nursing care model was used to analyze the effect of postoperative rehabilitation of the patients in the two groups. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection,lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,incision infection,urinary system infection and delayed union of fracture is lower in the observation group than in the control group. The hospital stay is shorter and the nursing satisfaction score is higher in the observation group than in the control group,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The integrated nursing care model for the rapid recovery of patients in Department of Orthopedics after surgery can help to prevent the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of patients after surgery. It is worthy of clinical application.
