协同护理模式对肾病综合征患者激素治疗依从性的影响研究

Study of the Effect of Collaborative Nursing Model on Compliance of NS Patients Having Hormone Therapy

目的探讨协同护理模式应用于肾病综合征(NS)患者激素治疗依从性的临床效果。方法将86例NS患者按入院日期先后分成两组,对照组45例采用常规护理模式,观察组41例采用协同护理模式。患者出院后由主管护士以电话随访的形式或患者回院复诊时访视患者,时间为第1个月,1次/2周,以后1次/月,为期1年。观察两组患者出院后半年内激素治疗的依从性及1年内病情复发再次入院的人数。结果两组患者激素治疗依从性比较,除劳逸结合以外,其他项目均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组患者遵医行为得分,对照组(28.91±6.08)分,观察组(34.53±3.22)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者1年内病情复发再次入院人数,对照组25例,观察组14例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式应用于NS患者,能提高患者激素治疗的依从性,减少疾病复发再次入院,是比较理想的护理模式。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of collaborative nursing model on compliance of nephrotic syndrome（ NS）patients having hormone therapy. Methods Dividing 86 NS patients into two groups. In control group,there were 45 patients taking routine nursing model; in observation group,there were 41 patients taking collaborative nursing. During the first year after checking out,those patients’ in-charge nurses recontacted them by calling or further consultations one time every two weeks in the first month,and one time every month from the second to twelfth month. The compliances of hormone of two groups in the first six months and the quantity of return in-hospital patients in one year were observed. Result Through comparing the compliance of NS patients having hormone therapy,except working with adequate rest,there was significant difference among other sections（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01）.Through comparing the sores of treatment compliance of two groups,there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 01）,（ 28. 91 ± 6. 08） in control group and（ 34. 53 ± 3. 22） in observation group. Through comparing the amount of return in-hospital patients in one year,there was significant difference between control group having 25 cases and observation group having 14 cases（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion For NS patients having hormone therapy,collaborative nursing model can increase compliance of hormone therapy,and decrease return in-hospital. It is an ideal nursing model.
