摘要
通过调研新疆某高校附属医院岗位设置实施情况,揭示事业单位岗位设置政策缺陷和实际管理工作中存在的不足,提出岗位管理政策修订与完善的意见和建议,促进岗位设置向规范化与精细化。
Through investigation on the problems of a hospital affiliated to a medical university in Xinjiang after the implementation of post setting,defects and shortcomings in the position management policy were put forward and solutions were proposed to promote the standardized and refined development of post setting.
