Survey and Suggestions on Psychology of Recruits

目的回顾性分析新兵心理测评结果,为新训单位制定相关规定提供参考。方法采用明尼苏达多项人格调查表(简称MMPI)对某新训单位1 437名新兵进行心理测试,并从多个角度回顾性分析调查结果。结果 (1)大学组与高中组效度量表中L、F分值有明显差异(P<0.05),临床量表中D、Mf、Ma分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)城市组、乡镇组及农村组MMPI结果显示,城市组与乡镇组(t_1,P_1)各项得分差异均无统计学意义(P_1>0.05);城市组与农村组(t_2,P_2)在效度量表中K分值,临床量表中Hs、D、Pd、Mf、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma分值均有显著差异(P_2<0.05);乡镇组与农村组(t_3,P_3)在临床量表中D、Mf、Pa的分值均有显著差异(P_3<0.05)。(3)恋爱组和单身组效度量表中L、K分值有明显差异(P<0.05),临床量表中Pd、Mf、Pt、Ma分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)独生组和非独生组效度量表均无明显差异(P>0.05),临床量表中Hs、Hy分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对不同新兵人群应从不同方面给予心理健康关注,并且通过多种方式加强新兵心理卫生服务。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of psychological evaluation of recruits,and to provide a reference for the recruit training units to develop relevant provisions. Methods 1437 recruits of a recruit training unit were tested by Minnesota Personality Inventory and the results were retrospectively analyzed from various angles. Results There were significant differences in the scores of L,F between the university and high school groups（ P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in D,Mf and Ma scores in clinical scale（ P〈 0. 05）.The results of MMPI in urban areas,towns and rural areas showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the urban and township groups（ P1〉 0. 05）. There were significant differences between the urban group and the rural group（ t2,P2） in the validity scale K and in Hs,D,Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma scores in clinical scale（ P2 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in D,Mf,Pa scores between the township and rural groups（ t3,P3）.（ P3〈 0. 05）. There were significant differences in L,K values between the beloved group and the single group（ P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in the clinical scale（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the only group and non-only group（ P 〉0. 05）. There were significant differences in Hs and Hy scores in the clinical scale（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the mental health service of recruits through various ways to deal with different mental health concerns of different recruits.
