摘要
目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法同时测定三黄片中大黄素、大黄酚、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,以C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈(A)和0.02 mol·mL^(-1)乙酸铵水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温40℃,漂移管温度80℃,氮气流量为1.2mL·min^(-1)。结果:四种成分分离效果好,精密度高,重复性良好,回收率符合要求。结论:该方法可以用于同时测定三黄片中的四种目标成分的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of emodin, chrysophanol, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Sanhuang Tablets by HPLC-ELSD. Methods: The determination was performed in C18 column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm)The gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile (mobile phase A) and 0.02 mol·mL- 1 of ammonium acetate solution ( mobile phase B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 The column temperature was set at 40℃ , and drifttube temperature at 80℃. The nitrogen flow rate was 1.2 mL·min-1 Results:There were good resolutions and repeatabilities, high precisions and recoveries for the four ingredients. Conclusion: The method can be used for simultaneous determination of four target ingredients in Sanhuang Tablets.
