New Development of the Intra-Party Supervision Thought Under the New Situation

从“四个全面”的战略布局，“从严治党”的现实考量、勇于自我刮骨疗毒3个方面阐述了新形势下党内监督思想的形成背景，从坚持、完善、落实民主集中制、完善监督制度、健全问责机制，加强巡视监督等7个方面对党内监督的思想内容进行了解读，并从理论基础、制度规范、制度执行3个方面进行了总结、归纳。

Based on strategic layout in ＂Four Aspects＂ , practical considerations oI strmt gov-ernance and the courage to scratch the bone,illustrates the formation background of supervi-sory theory within the Party under the new situation interprets the contents of supervisorytheory within the Party in seven aspects such as persistence and perfection,implementationof democratic cetralism, improvement of accountability mechanism and promotion of patroland supervisiong and makes a conclusion about theoretical basis, institution regulation andsystem implementation.
