萧红的作品中凸现出了强烈的女性意识，这一意识的产生有着深刻的时代背景和丰富的个人经历基础，萧红在作品中对女性意识的阐释超越了同时代的其他作家，她把女性的身体体验与肉体苦难展示得极为真切、惨烈、触目惊心，从而向男权、父权社会提出了尖锐的批评；萧红期盼妇女能够挣脱奴隶的枷锁，真正过上人的生活，但是，她却未能真正为妇女找到一条解放之路，以致于使妇女的苦难带有了一种宿命论的色彩。

The works of Xiao Hong showed strong female consciousness which was generatedunder deep historical background and her rich personal experience. Xiao Hong＇s interpreta-tion of female consciousness in her works went beyond the other writers of her time. Sheshowed the body experience and physical suffering of female which was very vivid, tragicand shocking. Then she criticized the patriarchal society sharply. Xiao Hong expectedwomen to break shackle of slavery and live normal life. However, she failed to find a way ofliberation for women so that women＇s misery was on the shadow of determinism.
