酶的化学糖基化修饰的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on chemical glycosylation modification of enzymes

摘要 生物酶作为一种高效、环境友好的催化剂已广泛应用于医药、食品、环境等领域。然而,酶的催化功能易受到环境条件如温度、pH、金属离子及抑制因子等影响,酶蛋白在结构和化学上固有的不稳定性限制了其工业应用。利用化学糖基化修饰可有效改善酶的催化性能,增强其结构和功能稳定性,且修饰过程具有操作简单、成本较低等优点。本文对酶的化学糖基化修饰策略及其应用进展作了综述。 Enzymes as an efficient and environmentally-friendly catalyst have been applied in pharmacy,food and environmental industries.However,enzymes are susceptible to the ambient environment such as temperature,pH,metal ions and inhibitory factors,which affect the catalytic properties of enzymes.The inherent instability of enzymes in the structure and chemical has severely limited their industrial applications.The catalytic properties and the structural stability of enzymes can be enhanced by the chemical glycosylation modification,which has the advantages of simple operation and low cost.The chemical glycosylation modification strategies of enzymes and their applications are reviewed in this paper.
