摘要 燃煤电厂湿法脱硫废水属于电厂末端最难处理废水,废水水质受煤质和脱硫工艺补充水的影响波动较大,具体表现为废水成分复杂、高含盐量、高腐蚀性、回用困难等特点,成为制约电厂脱硫废水零排放的关键因素。通过TMF+DTRO工艺中试实验研究,即管式微滤膜(TMF)+高压碟片式反渗透(DTRO)预处理和膜浓缩实验,结果表明该工艺可满足现行的脱硫废水零排放要求,可作为脱硫废水处理的工艺方案。 The wet desulfurization wastewater is the most difficult to deal with drainage in coal-fired power plants. The desulfurization wastewater quality has a big fluctuation and is affected by type of coal and quality of desulfurization process supplement water. The specific performance of wastewater includes complex,high salinity,high corrosion resistance,recycling difficult. The features which has become a key factor restricting the power plant desulfurization wastewater zero emission. Through the TMF + DTRO technology pilot experimental study,namely tube decay membrane filter( TMF) + disc type high pressure reverse osmosis( DTRO) pretreatment and membrane enrichment experimental,the results show that the technique can completely meet the existing desulfurization wastewater zero emission requirements. It provides a desulfurization wastewater treatment process for similar project in cood-fired power plant.
