摘要
氨法脱硫是目前控制SO_2排放中应用较广泛的烟气脱硫技术之一。为提高脱硫效率和经济效益、防止设备腐蚀、减少环境污染,必须准确检测脱硫氨逃逸,减少氨逃逸和硫酸铵的损失。分析了氨逃逸检测对烟气脱硫的重要性,以基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)的便携式氨表为例,对比手工法,进行了实验室和现场测试。结果表明,便携式氨表在高湿、低温的脱硫工况下运行稳。
Ammonia desulphurization is currently one of the mainstream technologies in the world in order to control the emissions of SO_2. We need to accurately detect the desulfurizing ammonia escape,decrease the loss of ammonia escape and ammonium sulfate,reduce the loss in order to improve the desulfurization efficiency and economic benefit. Ammonia escape detection is very important in ammonia flue gas desulfurization system.Taking the tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy( TDLAS) portable ammonia escape analyzer as an example,the laboratory and field test has been carried on compared with the manual method. The results show that the portable ammonia escape analyzer maintain stable operation under the desulfurization condition of high humidity and low temperature.
