摘要
火电厂脱硝系统供氨阀门自动控制问题是系统调试中存在的问题之一,处理不善易带来喷氨过量和设备运行安全隐患,并增加运行人员工作负担。介绍火电厂脱硝系统供氨阀门的调试过程,提出了调整阀门控制策略和改进措施。
Automatic controlling for ammonia gas supply valve of denigration system is one of the common problems during debugging. Mismanagement will bring excess ammonia spray,equipment operating safety hazard and increase the operating personnel workload easily. It describes the debugging process of ammonia gas supply valve. Some improvement suggestions are proposed to adjust the valve control strategies and reduce dead-zone valves.
