Application effects of Dreyfus model of skills acquisition on the standardized training of nursing intravenous treatment skills

摘要 目的 探讨Dreyfus技能获取模型在规范化培训护士静脉治疗技术培训中的应用.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2014年7月—2016年10月在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院外科进行规范化培训的74名护士,随机分成试验组和对照组各37名,对照组采用常规培训方法,试验组依据Dreyfus技能获取模型进行培训,比较两组护士培训前后静脉治疗技术理论知识和实践操作成绩.结果 培训后两组护士静脉治疗技术理论知识、实践操作得分均优于培训前,试验组不同层级护士培训后护士静脉治疗技术理论知识、实践操作得分均优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组护士培训后静脉治疗理论知识、实践操作得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 Dreyfus技能获取模型应用于规范化培训护士静脉治疗技术培训,能够提高培训效果. Objective To explore the application effects of Dreyfus model of skills acquisition on the standardized training of nursing intravenous treatment skills.Methods Totals of 74 nurses who participated in the standardized training in Beijing Tiantan hospital during July 2014 to October 2016 were selected into the study based on convenience sampling. The participants were randomly divided into the control group (n=37) and the intervention group (n=37). The control group received conventional training method while the intervention group received the training based on Dreyfus model of skills acquisition. After three months, comparing the scores of theoretical knowledge and practice skills for the intravenous treatment between the two groups. Results After the 3-month training, the average scores for the theoretical knowledge and practice skills in both groups were improved compared with the previous scores (P〈0.05). There was a significant improvement in each level of nurses in the intervention group after the training (P〈0.05). The intervention group also showed significantly higher scores for both theoretical knowledge and practice skills compared with the control group after the intervention period (P〈0.05).Conclusions The application of Dreyfus model of skills acquisition can effectively improve the standardized training outcome of nursing intravenous treatment skills.
