大学生冰雪校园文化素养的培养策略

Development Strategy of the Undergraduates' Campus Ice-Snow Culture Quality

为提高人才培养质量,我国正深入推进高校素质教育,大学生冰雪校园文化素养作为素质教育中的一项重要内容,对于现代社会发展条件下体育文化的发展、承办好北京冬奥会以及当代大学生的进步具有重要意义。基于大学生冰雪校园文化素养的内涵及影响因素,提出转变培养理念,科学定位冰雪体育教育目标,改革冰雪校园体育活动,优化冰雪校园体育教学的内容与形式,创新冰雪校园竞赛方式,创建优良的冰雪校园文化环境,增强教师冰雪教学的综合能力等培养大学生冰雪校园文化素养的具体策略。

In order to improve the quality of personnel development,the undergraduates’ quality education is deepening in China. As an important content of quality education,the campus ice-snow culture quality has important significance for the development of sports culture under the condition of modern social development,doing a good host of Beijing Winter Olympics,the contemporary undergraduates’ progress.Basing on the connotation and influencing factors of undergraduates’ campus ice-snow culture quality,the paper puts forward some specific strategies for developing their campus ice-snow culture quality as follows：change the education ideas for scientifically positioning the goal of ice-snow physical education,reform the campus ice-snow sports activities for optimizing the content and form of the campus ice-snow sports teaching,innovate the campus ice-snow competition mode and culture environment,enhance the teachers’ comprehensive ability of ice-snow teaching.
