摘要
针对培训基地在职工教育培训中的作用,分析了培训基地和职工教育培训工作相辅相成的关系;说明了培训基地的基础性、系统性和长期性作用,并对拓展培训基地建设提出了相应的建议,即定位要高、作用要全、功能要拓。
As for the role of training base in staff education and training,the complementary relationship between training base and staff education is analyzed. In addition,the basic,systematic and long-term role of training base is expounded and suggestions for the construction of the training base is put forward,which are high target,full effect and expanding function.
