摘要
以往IgA肾病的临床诊断主要依赖于肾活检,而肾活检不仅费用高、有相对和绝对禁忌证,而且为有创操作,风险较高。近年来,随着蛋白质组学的出现,尤其是尿液蛋白质组学的发展,使得人们能够全面、动态地考察疾病发生过程中蛋白质种类及数量的改变,对IgA肾病的研究也有了长足的进步。本文就有关尿蛋白质组学在IgA肾病的相关研究进展进行综述。
In the past, the clinical diagnosis of IgA nephropathy mainly depends on renal biopsy. Renal biopsy is not only costly and has relative and absolute contraindication, but aslo invasive and has a relatively high risk. In recent years, with the advent of proteomics, especially the development of urinary proteomics, people can make a comprehensive and dynamic study of the changes in the types and quantities of proteins during the course of disease, and the study of IgA nephropathy has made great progress. In this paper, we will review the research progress of urinary proteomics in IgA nephropathy.
