This paper considers the depiction of war during the foundation of Japan' s "little empire" before the age of the Emperor Oujin in the Kojiki and Nihonshoki as an integral myth of foundation. From the gods' (Amatsukami) descending to the earth to suppress the Ashihara-noNakatsukuni to the Empress Jingu' s subjugation of Silla, the absolute superiority of the heaven headed by Amaterasu Omikami over the foundation of the earth is basically mirrored in terms of force. Also, the authority of domination of the earth by the Yamato Imperial Court, descendants of the Emperor Jinmu (who is regarded as Amatsukami-nomiko to the earth), is naturally reflected, and even the legitimacy of the subjugation of the Chosen Peninsula. Among them, the subjugation of Kumaso and Ebisu, which is analogous to the war against Yi in ancient China, is approximately affected by the idea of Hua-Yi.
