综合护理干预对老年人髋关节骨折术后功能恢复的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative functional recovery of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探究对老年髋关节骨折手术患者实施综合性护理干预后,对患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取本院2014年8月至2015年8月间收治入院的老年髋关节骨折患者75例,随机进行编号(1-75号),按照奇偶数分组,对照组:奇数38例,术后予以常规护理;研究组:偶数37例,术后予以综合性护理干预。对比观察两组术后髋关节功能恢复效果,并比较日常生活能力及并发症情况。结果研究组(89.47%)术后髋关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(72.97%),差异存在统计学第意义(P<0.05),此外,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预对于老年髋关节骨折手术患者而言,不仅能够促进术后髋关节功能的恢复,提高生活质量,同时还能避免并发症。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with hip fracture surgery,and to explore the effect of postoperative functional recovery. Methods 75 cases of elderly patients with hip joint in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 admitted to the fracture,random number（ 1-75）,according to the odd number group,the control group： the odd 38 cases,routine nursing to postoperative; study group： even in 37 cases,given comprehensive nursing intervention after operation. Comparison of two groups of postoperative hip function recovery effect,and to compare the ability of daily life and complications. Results The study group（ 89. 47%） postoperative recovery of hip function was significantly higher than the control group（ 72. 97%）,the difference was statistically significance（ P〈0. 05）,in addition,the daily life ability score higher than the control group,the complication rate was lower than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with hip fracture surgery,not only can promote the recovery of hip function,improve the quality of life,but also to avoid complications.
