社区儿童保健医生对婴幼儿营养与喂养干预效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of community child health care doctors on infant nutrition and feeding

目的探究社区儿童保健医生对婴幼儿营养与喂养干预效果,为临床提供指导。方法抽取深圳市龙岗区南湾街道沙湾社区和厦村社区(2014年11月至2016年5月)存在营养问题的68例婴幼儿作为此次实验的目标对象,对68例婴幼儿进行随机对照分组。对照组34例婴幼儿在家长婴幼儿喂养中未经社区儿童保健医生干预,观察组34例婴幼儿由社区儿童保健医生对家长的婴幼儿喂养进行干预,研究对比两组婴幼儿贫血、营养不良的发生率及体重增长情况。结果两组婴幼儿干预后贫血、营养不良的发生率均低于干预前,P<0.05,但观察组婴幼儿干预后贫血、营养不良的发生率分别为5.88%、8.82%,低于对照组婴幼儿干预后贫血(23.53%)、营养不良(29.41%)的发生率,P<0.05;两组婴幼儿干预后的体重情况均较干预前有增加,P<0.05,但观察组婴幼儿的体重增长情况优于对照组婴幼儿,P<0.05。结论在家长喂养婴幼儿过程中经社区儿童保健医生进行干预可改善婴幼儿的贫血、营养不良及体重增长状况。

Objective To explore the effect of community child health care doctors on infant nutrition and feeding,and provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods Longgang District of Shenzhen city from the streets of the South Bay community and Xiamen Shawan village community（ November 2014 to May 2016） there are 68 cases of infant nutritional problems as the experimental objects were randomly divided into two groups of 68 cases of infant. The control group of 34 children in the parents of infants feeding in community child health care doctor without intervention,the observation group of 34 cases of infant intervention by community child health care doctors for parents of infants feeding,the comparison of the two groups in the incidence of anemia,malnutrition and weight growth situation. Results The occurrence of anemia and malnutrition of infants in the two groups after the intervention were significantly lower than before intervention,P〈0. 05,but the observation group after the intervention of infant anemia,malnutrition rates were 5. 88% and 8. 82%,significantly lower than the control group after the intervention of infant anemia（ 23. 53%）,malnutrition（ 29. 41%） incidence rate two,P〈0. 05; dry weight infants prognosis than before intervention has increased significantly,P〈0. 05,but the observation group of infant weight infants was significantly better than the control group,P〈0. 05. Conclusion The intervention of children＇ s health care providers in the process of feeding infants and young children can significantly improve the anemia,malnutrition and weight gain.
