摘要
为了从众多初步可行的公路路线方案中选择最佳方案,针对传统道路选线方法中以经济指标为主、定性分析多、定量分析少的缺点,建立了基于TOPSIS-AHP的路线方案比选模型.模型围绕公路项目自身特点建立决策指标体系,在改进的TOPSIS法中引入AHP法确定指标权重完成对各比选方案排序.该方法将定性指标和定量指标综合在一起量化研究.实例表明本文所提方法可行、有效.
In order to select the best scheme from a number of feasible highway route schemes,the paper establishes a model of route selection.The model is based on modified TOPSIS-AHP method in view of the shortcomings in traditional route selection which are economic index oriented with more qualitative analysis and less quantitative analysis.This model establishes a decision index system according to the characteristics of the highway project,and AHP method is introduced into the modified TOPSIS method to determine the index weight and achieve the ranking of alternative schemes.The modified TOPSIS-AHP method will combine the qualitative index with quantitative index to make a quantitative research.Examples demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
