摘要
基于CFD模拟技术提出了一种改进型的双层秸秆锅炉设计方案,并对相应加工模型进行了实际检测,同时评价了该锅炉的环境效益和经济效益.结果表明,与常规锅炉相比,该锅炉CO排放浓度较低,产炭率较高;仅考虑燃烧节煤及生物质产炭,农村单一用户平均每年可创收3 253.5元.
Based on CFD technique,a kind of remolded straw-fired boiler is developed and actually tested.Environmental and economical benefits are also evaluated in this paper.Results show that,compared to original boilers,the improved boiler possesses lower carbon monoxide concentration emission and higher carbon production rate.From the point of view of burning coal and biologically generated carbon,a single rural household can earn average cost of 3253.5yuan RMB per year.
