摘要
以微混合器为研究目标,基于电渗效应及对流扩散方程,研究了一种新的主动式交流电场促进型微流体混合器.首先,使用有限元方法建立混合器多物理场耦合数值模型,然后通过计算分析了待混合流体附加交流电场时的混合效率,最后通过分析仿真结果,提高了经过外加电场的流体混合效率.
In the study, the micro-mixer was used as the objective of research, a new active AC promoted micro-mixer was designed based on electroosmotic driving and convection diffusion equation. The finite element method was used to construct mixer multi-physics coupling numerical model. The efficiency of mixing was simulated and analyzed under AC field. The results showed that the efficiency of mixing of mixed fluid under applied AC field was improved.
