无瘤技术综合护理配合在腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Cooperation with Non-tumor Technique in Patients with Laparoscopic Assisted Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨无瘤技术综合护理配合在腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将79例行腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组39例和观察组40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予无瘤技术综合护理配合,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组满意度、手术时长、出血量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无瘤技术综合护理配合可提高腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术患者的满意度,缩短手术时间,减少出血量。

Objective：To investigate the application and effect of comprehensive nursing cooperation with non-tumor technique in pa- tients with laparoscopic assisted radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods ： A total of 79 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer patients were treated with non-tumor technology were randomly divided into the control group with 39 cases and the observation group with 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing with non-tumor technique. Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results：There were significant differences between the two groups in satisfaction,length of operation and amount of bleeding （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive nursing cooperation with non- tumor technology can improve the satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding.
