杜仲炭抗炎镇痛作用研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Charred Cortex Eucommiae

[目的]研究杜仲炭的抗炎镇痛作用。[方法]对杜仲炭进行水煎醇的提取方法处理,分别采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳壳致炎肿胀法和热板致痛法对其进行小鼠体内的抗炎镇痛作用研究。试验以生理盐水作为空白对照,地塞米松磷酸钠作为对照组,杜仲炭的提取物作为试验组,测定耳廓肿胀率来观察杜仲炭提取物的抗炎作用;以生理盐水作为空白对照,阿司匹林作为对照组,杜仲炭的提取物作为试验组,测定小白鼠的舔足次数或时间以观察杜仲炭的镇痛作用。[结果]杜仲炭提取物具有抗炎镇痛作用的功效,且与浓度相关。随着提取物浓度提高,抗炎作用逐渐增强,但镇痛作用则呈现先增强后下降的趋势。通过对提取物进行紫外鉴定分析,发现其中含有绿原酸有效成分。[结论]杜仲炭具有抗炎镇痛作用,可以为其应用提供理论依据。

[ Objective] The research aimed to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of charred cortex eucommiae. [ Method ] The extracts of charred cortex eucommiae were obtained through water extraction-alcohol precipitation method and its effect on anti-inflammatory and analgesic action were observed by xylene induced auricular inflammatory swelling of mice and hot plate pain, respectively. Physiological saline was adopted as the blank control, dexalnethasone sodium phosphate as the control group, the extract of charred cortex eucomroiae as the experimental group to obtain the auricle swelling rate and swelling inhibition rate. Physiological saline was adopted as the blank control, aspi- rin as the control group, the extract of charred cortex eucommiae as the experimental group to count the number of mice licking foot or time. [ Result ] The extract of charred cortex eucommiae had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and which were associated with the concentration of extracts. With the increase of the concentration of extract, the anti-inflammatory effect gradually increased, but the analgesic effect showed an increasing first and then decreasing trend. Through UV qualification, the effective content was found to be chlorogenic acid. [ Conclusion ] Charred cortex eucommiae has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and the study provides the theoretical basis for the application of charred cortex eucommiae.
