摘要 为研究ZJ19卷烟机平准器与卷烟空头率的关系,采用正交设计方法,对平准器关键参数进行了研究,测定了卷烟机空头率和烟支烟丝密度。研究结果表明:在试验范围内,平准器深槽深度对卷烟机空头率影响最大,烟支重量和浅槽深度影响相对较小;烟支端头0~5 mm烟支烟丝密度与卷烟机空头率之间相关性最高,可以用来评价烟支端部的紧实程度;建立了平准器深槽深度和浅槽深度的平准器特征参数k,该模型相关系数达0.943。验证结果表明,平准器特征参数k与烟端头0~5 mm密度和卷烟机空头率具有高度相关性。 To research the relationship between loose-end ratio of cigarettes and ecreteur dise type in ZJ19 cigarettes maker,orthogonal design was applied on research of eereteur dise parameters. Cut tobacco density and loose-end ratio of cigarettes were measured. The result showed: Within the scope of the set, deep groove depth has the greatest effect on loose-end ratio of cigarettes, single cigarette weight and shaliow groove depth is relatively small; The density of 0 to 5 mm end of cigarettes showed highest correlation with loose-end ratio of cigarettes, so it can be used to evaluate the tight degree of cigarettes end; The characteristic parameter k was established about deep groove depth and shallow groove depth. The model correlation coefficient reached up to 0. 943. Verification results showed that the characteristic parameter k had high correlation with the density of 0 to 5 mm end of cigarette and loose-end ratio of cigarettes.
